Sasieni Pijpen
Sasieni pipes have gone through several eras since the founding of this historic brand in the early 1900s, when Joel Sasieni after working for Charatan and Alfred Dunhill (presumably reaching the position of production manager), fouded his own factory.
Collectors divide the long history of this brand into three eras: pre-transition, transition and post transition. In 2025, we are witnessing the New Era, in which the original characteristics that made the Sasieni brand so collectable are being revived, with highly artisanal production using perfectly seasoned briar, indidually hand-moulded ebonite mouthpieces and the four dots as a distinctive symbol dating back to 1930.
The design of the New Era is based on the products of the last century, with an obsessive attention to the classicism and historicity of the shapes that have become a must for thousands of collectors.
